you are not alone

was at the inaguaral event of unplugged heads on tuesday (a shameless plug for the institute for new media, as I am on the board of directors :)) where Marco Wehr, author of welche farbe hat die zeit among others talked about how we explain and teach science. It was a revelation for me - because Marco and I hold very similar views on how humans learn, interact, and communicate. We have a lot in common, but the major difference is that he has managed to write three books  on the subject... I had to torture myself for 5 years to complete my doctoral thesis.. :-(

I am waiting for the key to unlocking the ideas in my head and putting them on paper, maybe Marco will be my inspiration
